This is my first attempt at a Glacier Jinteki deck with some serious net damage. I'm also trying out a few Daily Business Show instead of Jackson Howard and Midway Station Grid (and all of it's 8 influence). Love to hear what you think you like, don't like, and and tips you might have!
Thanks!

I've been facing a couple of brutal PE glacier build - hitting crucial components of the runner's rig with early net damage buys you time, and people expect a more dedicated kill build and are taken off-guard by actual ice. With that said, I suspect that you might have some difficulties piloting this specific build. For one, your ice count is pretty low (only 15 pieces of ice) with four positional pieces of ice and almost no cheap options. You might want to diversity a bit, adding Quandary, Himitsu-Baku, Pup, and other cheap ice. From an economy perspective, Medical Research Fundraiser is going to work against you, giving the runner the credits they need to break your ice. You might want to give Celebrity Gift a shot, seven creds is a great boost. I'm surprised you're shelling eight influence for Midway when you have a much stronger in-house solution in the form of Caprice Nisei - getting these eight influence back will let you get stronger ice, plus 3x Jackson, which is a necessity in any slow deck such as glacier (Daily Business Show helps, but only to a degree). I suspect that your ambushes will be difficult to pull off. You might want to replace Edge of World and one of the Junebugs with Snare! or Shock!, they're easier to trigger and could flatline a runner that is keen on digging R&D or HQ with Medium/Legwork/etc. Finally, your have many agendas and their mix is broad - I'm surprised that you're missing The Future Perfect, which is probably one of the strongest Jinteki agendas available (not to mention the best 5/3 in the game). You might want to drop the Breakthroughs and maybe a Fetal and one of the 1-pters for a suite of TFPs. |

You're welcome :-) One of the challenges of Android: Netrunner (and customizable card games in general) is that you need to develop two orthogonal skill sets: deck building and piloting. If you're looking to practice a bit outside of the realms of Netrunner itself, you might want to check out Dominion - it's a great board game that combines the two in one fast framework (a game usually takes around 20-30 minutes). Many of the lessons you learn from Dominion are relevant in Netrunner. |

Honestly, no where near enough multi-sub ICE to make Midway worth 8 influence.
