The sequel to my Noise Getting Out of Hand deck.
The general idea of that deck was to keep running in the way that Criminals do to stockpile money and Hemorrhage tokens. The deck would occasionally get shut down if it was locked out of all servers for an extended period of time.
This deck aims to fix that drawback. Quetzal's ability coupled with e3 Feedback Implants allows the runner to get into any server that's protected by only 1 barrier (extremely popular in the early game). The Darwin/D4V1D/Knight combo is getting pretty popular now, and it serves this deck well. Darwin makes short work of anything small, D4V1D takes care of the big stuff, and Knight solves the other problems. e3 helps all 3 of these.
