Controlling the Final Message (6th at US Nats)

This is a clone of solemn_storm's list from LM-FAO rongydoge.

I had been working through different iterations of CTM throughout the season and this list seemed great at putting enough roadblocks before Big Hoshiko reached critical mass (many will argue it already has) Also a final send off to CTM's last Nationals Run.

I can report CTM did go out quietly off screen at the end.
