A deck I've been playtesting in different groups both private and at my LGS. Not quite there yet, but it shows a lot of promise. Its only losses so far have been to Weyland trace n' scorch when I've been caught getting greedy before suiting up. So far its w:l:d is positive.
Take advantage of Gingerbread + Panchatantra to repeatedly hammer R&D with multi-access. Atman is there as a back-up in case the corp layers so much ice you can't cut through with cookie-man alone. Take advantage of Maya and Paricia to ship or trash as much stuff as you can, then run R&D again.
It's a little slow on the uptake sometimes but doesn't need a complete rig to win. Account Siphon gives you a nice early econ boost, and if you get the advantage Same Old Thing lets you keep hammering their HQ to keep them down. Some corps will laugh off your attempts to bankrupt them but it still makes a decent income stream with reduced worry about tagging.
If I want for anything I only wish I could fit Employee Strike in there somehow to clinch the financial lock on corps like Blue Sun. Barring that, if I could shed a little weight for Traffic Jam to trip up fast-advance a bit would be nice too.
I considered both Chakana and Deep Thought as possible includes but they just seem like "win more" cards in this setup. If you've run R&D enough times with this setup to get 3+ power counters on either card you should've already snagged enough agendas to win the game.
Film Critic/Plascrete/Deus Ex have all become includes in almost every runner deck in my local meta. They keep you safe from a lot of common threats these days. Deus Ex also doubles as a one-shot breaker for bigger ICE with Panchatantra but it's primary role is ablative armor in case you run into multiple snares while diving R&D. Remember to put your shields back up with Clone Chip after using it.

Recently while letting other players playtest my deck and get feedback, I received the complaint that Gingerbread was too hard to draw into/not being drawn frequently enough.
I had figured between three Diesel and three Self-modifying Code it wouldn't be a problem, but if anyone has any suggestions to help solve that problem I'd love to hear them. Currently considering trying to fit Code Siphon in there somehow for the synergy with Jesminder's ability.
