Thanks to CobraBubbles and EA Sports for this horrifying list! I took it to the Australian Northern Nationals, where it went 3-1 in the Swiss and cut.
Not a lot to say about this one that hasn’t already been covered in CobraBubbles’ writeup. It draws like mad, sets up the kill combo quickly and reliably, and is absolutely brutal against anyone that is unfamiliar with it. It's rough, friendos.
The only change in my version was to add a third copy of Attitude Adjustment as a 41st card, because I was a little worried about Esa (and didn’t end up facing xir!). It’s hard to say whether it made much of a real difference, but I suspect not.
Going into the tournament, I was also a bit concerned about World Tree Arissana with Caldera, which I think should completely trounce this list. Fortunately, I managed to dodge that matchup! Unfortunately, I still lost to Otrakun’s non-WT Ari, after he learned the lines from our Swiss game and went on to beat me in the cut with a well-planned Conduit dig on the combo turn.
The deck's results across the tournament were:
Round 1 - Win vs Kit.
Round 3 - Win vs Sable.
Round 6 - Win vs Arissana.
Cut Round 2 - Loss vs Arissana.
