Really fun deck I played at game night last night. Simple concept: Grail ice forces the runner to get breakers or suffer really bad subroutines. Blue Sun lets me juggle which Grail Ice they're running, which forces them to get their whole rig up before they can really confidently run. Housekeeping slows installing their rig down to a crawl. The High-Risk Investments should be Priority Requisitions (I'm really not sure why I did that) but I did manage to click it for 21 credits in one game last night!
Private Contracts is sort of taking the place of the Adonis Campaigns I can't afford to fit in the deck. They're nice though, getting back up to rich from 3c is very valuable. It's a little slow, but you can play it, click 12c off it then return it to your hand to get the 3c back... It just sort of worked! I was stupidly rich in every game I played, even while getting Siphons landed on me.

Space ICE and Constellation Protocol make for a ghetto Adonis Campaign if influence is tight and Private Contracts was unsatisfying. |

I love this deck! I played it for a while to great effect but it lost out when switchblade became popular in my meta. A few comments on what worked for me.
Play Power Shutdown! It's already very easily to get some solid trashing with grails and archers. This card just makes it so they very rarely get to run with full breakers. I have ended many a game where they flat out lose the ability to break a certain ice sub type. I even did it to a shaper with a lucky merlin hit!
I found running the maximum number of archers to be best. Between those and grails the runner is terrified of any unrezzed ice once you score that hostile.
My final suggestion would be to give The Twins a try. It's very helpful to engineer a deadly grail or archer encounter. It easily bluffs as a Crisium Grid on HQ and Project Atlas can help you pull that ice you need to put the hurt on them.
I really like your choice of housekeeping here. It strengthens your ability to rush agendas early and keep them out of phase three for a very long time.
I would ask what has been your experience between Hostile Takeover and NAPD Contract? I ran 3 and 3 with one Mills like you and I didn't mind it. It made it so I usually had to IAA the NAPD's but that often caught runners thinking they would get a 3 for free.
