So after Reina Roja: Freedom Fighter dressed up like Quetzal: Free Spirit, MASTER GAMER, Whizzard decided he needed to do something about all the fun that was being had. Except...he was so hungry and forgot his wallet at home.
IDEA!
Take everyone's lunch money. He didn't need a costume. He didn't need a reason. Whizzard takes the form of: neighborhood bully.
Switched out a few things here and there. Turntable for Vigil and some tools to get the job done.
