Here is an agenda that IS a form of tag punishment. Going "tag-me" against a NBN deck using this agenda will result in the corp scoring this really fast!

This is an ideal agenda for corp that intend to put tags on the runner, like NBN: Reality Plus, SYNC: Everything, Everywhere and NBN: Controlling the Message. At two tags, this becomes at 2-2 agenda, which can be scored from hand to get 2 points. The synergy is great here.

This agenda will see a lot of play in many NBN decks.

The quote is really fun, showing that tags (which translate to take out the runner anonymity) can lead to the corp pushing their agenda. While the art is well made and detailed, I struggle to understand the relation to the name of the card or the quote. Maybe someone could point out why.

"FOI" stands for a Freedom of Information request, which is a system in place for members of the public to request information from an official data archive held by a national or state government. This was put in place to ensure that, for example, Backroom Machinations with regard to government policy are easier to spot! Interestingly enough, many Freedom of Information laws (or Access-to-Information, or informally "sunshine laws") actually take great pains to ensure the anonymity of the requester seeing as there's an obvious conflict of interest involved.

@Diogene, I think it's that the more heat the runner takes, the harder it is to work above-board sources without your opponents getting wind of it. In the artwork, it looks like the corp has DEFINITELY gotten wind of what's happening and is trashing sought-after files to cover their tracks
