Mushin no Shin doesn't have enough targets, that aren't agendas, AND you have Influence? The Card you are looking for iiiiis (drummroll): Cerebral Overwriter. Also i would recommend getting rid of the NEXT Sapphires for in faction ICE and add one Game Changer. if you add that, i also recommend finding an influence for an Archived Memories. Even without Game changer that has a lot of targets in this Deck. :) Everything just recommendations, but I hope it helps.

You won't be able to take Cerebral Overwriter since you're locked in to H&P but don't forget about good ol' Project Junebug.
