Friendly IG V2 - (4th Gameology SC)

I took Friendly IG, swapped a Jackson Howard or another Friends in High Places (which does so much work in this deck). Changed a Vanilla to a Crick. Finally, I changed 2x Diversified Portfolio into a Neural EMP and a Prisec.

Overall, I like the changes, but they're hardly bold. I never drew Prisec, its probably not a good change, it should likely be a third Tech Startup. The Neural EMP is nice for the extra kill window and did some good work.
