Custom Cuts Butchershop.

Here's my take on Butchershop in HB. CB seems like an obvious choice due to the high influence of mid seasons and scorched earth.

HB asset economy got to be quite insane with breaker bay grid. The strategy here is simple, create fairly taxing servers, wait for them to pull an agenda and then tag to infinity with mid seasons with your money. Traffic accident and scorched aggressively, and pull back kill cards with reclamation order if needed.

ICE seems tricky in this deck and I don't claim to have it figured out at all. I'm having the most trouble with this aspect. IQ seems good because you will be holding combo pieces for a while. Eli is still great. Architect is still great. Most suspicious include award goes to Roto.

I will probably bring this to the next GNK tournament soon and update. Cheers!

Problem with this is that the runner sees it coming from a mile away. They know your influence is coming from only two factions, and those are the tag n bag factions. I mean why else would somebody build a corp with a ton of influence that only came from NBN and Weyland?

I've been running a butchershop variant out of Titan, and here are my quick thoughts on butchershop out of CB.

  • HB agendas are not as helpful in butchershop as NBN. Efficiency Committee and overadvanced Project Vitruvius aren't awful though.
Compare that to the threat of IAA Breaking News out of NBN (do you want to get tagged next turn when I score it, or get Midseasoned?). NBN also has a credible scoring out threat due to Astroscript.
  • In Weyland, High-Risk Investment is huge when scored as it solves the money problem as the runner can never outmoney you. Atlas lets you grab your kill cards when you need them (in titan, without overadvancement). Hostile Takeover gives you cash. I just don't see the agendas for HB working as well in this style of deck.

You should make a lot of money with this deck, though with 11 targets for BBG I'd go to 3 of.

All that said, I'm curious to see how this will work. As @Horse85 said, there won't be much of a surprise factor. Thought about Lab Dog to remove plascretes?
