So, basically this deck is meant to focus simply on icebreakers (finding, installing, pumping up, etc.). With earlier versions of this deck (much more program heavy), I found that I was able to get the icebreakers I needed installed earlier in the game but then spent the majority of my clicks searching for events or resources that just weren't coming up. Really, I would audibly groan when yet another effing Crypsis would show his ugly cyborg face. So, I cut down on the actual program size and put in junk like Diesel and Professional Contacts to make it more efficient. Hopefully.

I think your programs are totally okay, but you can build efficiency into the deck by cutting lots of cards since Chaos Theory has a min of 40. Just toss out your one-ofs and maybe two-ofs and fix your density by actually going to three on something. Clone Chip and Sacrificial Construct are never going to be there when you need them with only one. If you're going to lean heavily on Kati Jones you probably need more than one, even though she's unique.

And those Freelance Coding Contracts aren't going to help you if you only have one card that let's you get programs back.

Your breaker suite is okay, but everything is too unfocused. I would go to 40 cards, make more 3 ofs. If you have cards up to H&P, cyber solutions should replace all MU adders except maybe dagger. With SMC, you shouldn't need 3 copies of any breaker, and with 3 clone chips, 1-2 would work.

For your econ package I'd do 1 opus and 3 armitage, 3 daily casts, with 2 aesop's. Aesop makes casts and armitage fantastic. I'd drop kati since she's slow and only a 1 of anyway.

The problem then is only single access, so maybe -2 special order +2 RDI, then you have 9 influence on the table to consider what to do with, maybe 2 siphon or something.
