Completely normal NBN deck. NBN: Controlling the Message is what represent best NBN. Tax the runner, tag the runner, get rich and mild asset spam.

The runner will need at least 4 agendas to win. You'll need possibly only 3. If any tag stick, you can exchange any one pointer for the stolen Global Food Initiative, netting you 2 agenda points.

If the runner goes "tag me", Psychographics will let you score a Project Beale with at least 5 advancements on it, or a Global Food Initiative, to get you 3 points.

Note that IPO could be swapped for Sweeps Week. Depending on your preference. I chose IPO because it is a bit more reliable, but harder to use than Sweeps Week. Both are good.

After multiple experiment, I settled for Tollbooth, because I favored taxing the runner. All ices have an encounter effect, making Hunting Grounds useful.
