I suspect this card is either intended to work well with Nisei MK II, hence offering Jinteki its own kind of Astro-train, or we'll just have to wait and see what other cards come in the Sansan cycle that synergyze with it.
This card gonna be very useful in a Tennin Deck with : Braintrust and Nisei MK II. With a duo of SanSan CG in a tennin deck. We can play this Setup of agendas : 3 Genetic Resequencing 3 Braintrust 3 Nisei MK II 3 Medical Break-thought
Rezzing for 1 or more credit less is an advantage.
I'm impatient to use this agenda.
I like this, especially in cambridge PE for more HOK counters, but other types can benefit. It gets me thinking about glacier style that rezzes tons of ice for super cheap with dedicated server, akitaro, over advanced brain trusts (with this card too).
At worst an extra HoK is perfectly fine, while getting a point at the risk of 1 point. I'd put 2 in a cambridge deck probably. 3/5
