Hello Everyone. I am a new netrunner player and just started in January of 2017. This Minnesota Regional had a lot of people and was 4 rounds of play then cut to top 8 elim. This is the list I brought to the tournament and it preformed very well. As you can see this shell is similar to that of the popular run based Andy but it has a twist on it. I opted to tech against Skorpios Rig-shooter and play 3 Sacrificial Constructs.
