Andy Can Tap-Dance(9th place @ MN regional @ FFG)

Hello Everyone. I am a new netrunner player and just started in January of 2017. This Minnesota Regional had a lot of people and was 4 rounds of play then cut to top 8 elim. This is the list I brought to the tournament and it preformed very well. As you can see this shell is similar to that of the popular run based Andy but it has a twist on it. I opted to tech against Skorpios Rig-shooter and play 3 Sacrificial Constructs. So if I am playing that I think I should also Play Tapwrm for even more money and just live the criminal dream of being filthy rich. The other big contender I thought I wanted to tech against was Kill decks of different variety be it a sync Boom or Blue Sun or CI-Kill Combo with show of force. So that is why I have a Plascrete Carapace Slotted in.

Many of you may notice I have 2x of Desperado. The only reason for this is I dont own multiple core sets and so i had to borrow one from my friend as well and the extra siphon and sac con. @Rhokshida (on jnet). Normally I would use 3 and to add a third you just need to remove one Emergency shutdown.

The last thing I would like to talk about is my choice of two Political Operatives. This guy is so bomb. He just flat out kills and troublesome asset thats is being heavily protected. Mostly in there as Caprice tech he also can double as tech for many things such as an Estelle Moon or Jackson, or even IT department or Lakshimi Grid.

With that ill leave this list for people to criticize. My goal is to always improve so please leave comments. All losses from this deck come from me being new and thus making not-smart decisions and not being a bad deck.
