This is not a fast-advancement deck. This is a punitive deck, that tries to flatline the runner, specially when running.

The code gate ices should be placed as close as possible to the root, so the runner needs to pay up (or suffer) all the effects of the other ices - this should discourage the runner to run unless they find it important; so blind runs to your HQ or R&D and focus on the remote servers, where they have more chances to get an agenda. And this can also be punished with Djupstad Grid and Nightmare Archive.

The rest of the strategy is very straight-forward: grow your economy, protect your servers, and score agendas - just don't rush it, because you won't be able to setup your defenses.
