[Startup] No one ever suspects the butterfly: Parhelion

For those that haven't seen The Simpsons, "No one ever suspects the butterfly" is a meme of Bart burning down the school as an innocent-looking butterfly. Embody that ideal while a building blows up and you feign confusion.

How it works: Flood them with 4 tags a run, until they leave 2 tags on. Then you orbital > shipment > neurospike to deal 6 damage. If that never happens, wait until you have 6 things rezed and those cards in hand, and the MAD.

How do you give them 4 tags a run? AMAZE with an agenda and 2 tag ice. Sometimes I skip the ice altogether if I am agenda-flooded: I just play AMAZE with a 3-advance agenda.

This deck has a 100% win rate (of the 2 jinteki games I did with it :P ). These players had No Free Lunch x2-3 and still went tagme by the end. one runner had a handsize of 7, so I just scored out.

This deck is based on an earlier deck I made when gateway startup came out. It used cerebral overwriter to lower the runner's handsize, then killed with tag-me orbital.
