[Speedrunning Startup] Loupy Steve

This list was developed for the stream "Speed Running the Startup format", Pouchsurfer and my attempt to set a world record by winning a game with each of the Startup runner IDs with only 20 minutes per ID. Check out the stream here on Saturday, July 2nd, 1 PM EST.

The essence of the deck

Okay, so this is a little bit a joke deck, built around the extremely canon relationship between Steve and his lupine beau, René "Loup" Arcemont: Hearthrob. So we have Loup's console and Loup's fracter, and we are gonna see if love can find a way.

I forgot to put multiaccess in this deck besides one Jailbreak and the two Docklands Passes, but everyone knows the best kind of multiaccess is accessing multiple times.
