A dedicated beale campaign

As per usual weyland's cards work way better in nbn (okay, dedication ceremony can actually work pretty well in weyland, but bear with me). The spark tax gets much more fun when you can bring them quickly down with supercharged reversed accounts, and what better way to capitalise on a scoring window than with a massive beale.

The deck is generally designed to be taxing and oppressive, though you don't have that many tricks to throw at the runner, so should play as fast as you can without throwing away too many points. Haven't managed to test it that much, but it's been doing well so far.
