This is my personal version of the "Waldemar HB Mandatory Upgrades Fast Advance" running around, so I'm just going to talk about the changes I've made. If you want to see the original, just check the "Derived From" section (if I can ever figure out how to make that work).
Agendas:
No change here. Exactly where it needed to be.
Assets:
Nothing special here, except I had to remove the J-Hows since me and three brothers all share cards and have one set of them.
Upgrades:
+2 Caprice Nisei
Trust me, YOU WANT THESE. Caprice Nisei is by far the best way to advance behind ice and not be afraid of Inside Job or Singularity+Eater shenanigans. The influence is hungry, but I love her much better than Red Herrings. (J-How is gone, so that freed up the influence for her).
Operations:
+2 Fast Track
Oh man, did these do work. This deck absolutely NEEDS Mandatory Upgrades to work, and in testing I found that a lot of the best Upgrades scoring windows were in the beginning with a single ETR ice server, Caprice and/or Ash, and a fair amount of credits. I found myself with plenty of those, but no Mandatory Upgrades. Fast Track also works with the method of advancing Mandatory Upgrades that Krystman suggested. You first click search, second click install, and third click advance to fake out the NAPD, and then next turn you just go from there. It really works.
Ice:
+1 Quicksand
I didn't have the influence for Wraparound, so in this went in their place. In some ways it's better taxing late game (especially on centrals), and I was happy with its performance.
+2 Turing, +1 Swordsman
I love Turing, and I felt this deck needed some. Eater/MaxX shenanigans are rampant where I'm from, and these two pieces of ice are the exact things I need to shut them down.
That's all the changes I made. Let's see how ol' Oxy did!
Round 1: Noise - Win
Noise is generally gross for this deck (no J-Hows), but I managed to beat him. I got the Mandatory out early, and made a couple of smart decisions purging and advancing past the Clot. Eventually I made it to three cards in deck and top-decked the fourth agenda with no Clot on the table for the win.
Round 2: Whizzard - Loss
I hate Whizzard. He sucks. This happened to be a round against my twin brother, and he managed to win easily because he drew the two Drive-Bys he snuck in right before the tournament and sniped an Ash and a Caprice before throwing out a D4V1D to get past my Tollbooth. This match sucked.
Round 3: Leela Patel - Win
Leela is fun to play against because I can just rez an Adonis in response to Account Siphon, rez ice before I score so that I don't get bounced. He managed to get six points super fast from R&D, but I got the Upgrades and just started scoring like there was no tomorrow. A good set of Psi Games from Caprice kept him away from my last NAPD and I scored out for the win.
Round 4: Whizzard - Win
Still hate Whizzard, but this guy never seemed to run on my econ assets (they were, after all, behind ice). I got the Upgrades and got to six points, but I couldn't find the last Vitruvius or ABT I needed to win. Until Fast Track. I Fast Tracked a Vitruvius, and then I noticed I couldn't keep it away from him if it was in a remote, so I left it in HQ (sort of protected.) Fourth click he steals it and gets up to four points, and I corp draw into a Fast Track. I shrug and we do it again. Four clicks later he doesn't steal it and I get to score out for the win.
All in all I'm happy with this deck. For being a 6/2, I can score Mandatory Upgrades pretty reliably with this setup.
Comments and suggestions are always nice!

Oh yeah. I went to an ANRPCQ and in the first match (an exhibition match that was streamed by the good guys at CorpDraw), I scored out three Mandatory Upgrades. Tons of fun. |
Note: The correct numbers are:
2 x Ash 2X3ZB9CY (-1)
1 x Excalibur (+1)
