So you think you can Rez?

Kaligos 4

This is a deck I am building for an up and coming local tournament (Just a few friends) I wanted to see what people thought before I put it together. My goal is to use the new bypass ice breakers, along with grappling hooks to break ice without credits so i can pay for my events, Ice analyzer should keep the cost of the programs down, the only problem i really forsee with this deck is not having a lot of MU when i'm running tracker.

Thoughts on Street Magic or Muertos Gang Member for this deck?

Public Terminal will net you at most 6 credits each, assuming you draw them before your run events. I think you'll find them underwhelming. Scavenge seems a bit mediocre; Retrieval Run will probably be more worth it for you, though it looks like you might be working on a limited card pool. If that's the case, I'd still say that you should cut them in favour of money or multiaccess.

One Professional Contacts is not enough. You need to be able to get early. You can save on influence by playing Hostage though, if you want. Levy is probably not going to be very good. You're not likely to use it unless you're playing against net damage decks, and in those cases, the good versions of those decks tend to run a copy or two of Ark Lockdown, which makes the Same Old Thing to retrieve it relatively useless.

Your deck needs more money (those breakers are hella expensive to USE, let alone install, especially since I doubt you'll want to pop the second copies of them or you'll get locked out of the game). It also needs multiaccess. Grab some Legworks (Honor & Profit), some Maker's Eye (Core Set), and Temujin Contracts (Blood Money), and this decks is already a lot more powerful. Despite Los's ability, which should be making around $15 per game, criminal cards are money hungry, as criminals are also good at making money.

More than anything though, before you take it to a tournament, you should at least put it together and try some games somewhere, whether on jinteki.net or with a friend or two. There's a lot of fun things going on in here, and it would be a shame to have the experience turned sour due to a lack of experience with the deck. Good luck.
