This is my attempt at making a deck similar to the infamous Goodbye to You. I honestly believe that, though we lose one MU for leaving Chaos Theory, we have a much quicker set up time than other runners.

Please note that this is theorycrafting. I haven't tested this deck much since I have been working on a different Shaper for the past month, preparing for Regionals.

I've tested something similar and it doesn't work quite as well as the CT version. I think the loss of the initial MU plus the extra 5 cards can easily nullify the tempo gain you might get from Hayley. It works, but I think it's a bit less efficient/higher variance.

Why the Levy? there is nothing you would reasonably want to reshuffle and draw again.

I dunno if am sold my self i personally think Au Revoir in Shaper is generally weak, you spend so much Influence, MU and Search to get a better Magnum Opus all the while having it in faction it makes little sense to me.

I think it belongs in crim theirs plenty of spare MU as they don't run many other programs and its influence free of course it will be slower to set up than the usual econ so really it needs a slower crim.

As for using Hayley Kaplan: Universal Scholar i think Box-E is a good choice I've found the extra hand size to be really useful for her i also put in some Game Day's in my deck, I've found them to all work well together.
