Barney's Rigshooter

Been playing this on JNet for the past few days--I almost think it's more fun to have a deck that kinda-sorta-almost works than something that is a streamlined beast--but that's where I fall on the "fun" Venn Diagram of netrunner.

In this version, I've dropped Ibrahim Salem and Public Support (which existed to enable Mr. Salem), changed around some of the agendas, and added HHN.

Sure you could win with BOOM!, but the goal is to shoot rigs. Shoot all the Rigs. Bring the runner to a creeping crawling halt, end up scoring behind one of the four End the Run Ice.

Or just win with Boom.

But that's not the plan. You and Keegan Lane are here to shoot rigs. Bryan Stinson would shoot some rigs too if you let him. But he just wants to make you money.
