Spinning box step

Based on the Endless Waltz deck, this droips out a Security Testing and adds in a couple of Mr. Li to help dig for cards. I was finding that I wasn't getting to the Kati Jones cards or the R&D Interface when I needed them.

I don't mind the slight add to the deck weight (47 instead of 45). seems to keep working pretty much the same.

The only other card I am not thrilled with is mimic - I never use it. Any suggestions for a modified breaker suite are welcome.
