Hi all

first try at a deck after a few beginner games, currently only have Core, Creation and Control, Humanity's Shadow, Cyber Exodus and Trace Amount.

My aim was a deck with low costs (to combined with Kate's ability), I will admit the Viruses are there as I was following advice from a podcast.

Is this any good?

Given how cheap everything is maybe drop modded. Plus there is only one copy of Toolbox in the core set. I'd recommend a code gate breaker too, drop a gordian blade in and I think you are on to a good start :)

My opinion: Replace easy marks with 3x Kati Jones. Frees up your influence to play some more with, and Kati works wonders!

If I'm reading it right doesn't Kati Jones do the same thing but cost two creds to use and then two clicks to get the creds from going forward?

Nope. Kati costs 2 Creds to install. Then you can use a Click once a Turn to load her up with Credits (3 per Click) or get all the Money from here with a Click. The Card stays in Game and you never pay the 2 Creds again.

For Example:

  1. Round: Pay 2 to install, use a click to load 3 Creds from the Bank on her

  2. Round: Use a click to load 3 Creds from the Bank on her

  3. Round: Use a Click and get the 6 Creds from her

  4. Round: Use a click to load 3 Creds from the Bank on her..... and so on and so on....

So it's short term gain vs long term gain with Kati vs Easy Mark. Plus influence to spend elsewhere.
