The pendulum swung away from including Museum of History in Mumba Temple decks, but then Mumbad City Hall came out and it looks like the pendulum has returned.
The IG decks that are running this alliance suite have a time issue with their vague win condition. This deck's mode of operation is clear: spam horizontally, score points, win game.
I'm not convinced that this deck is better than the IG grind deck, but its marginally more enjoyable to play as and against. This iteration is still relatively untested, it's more of an idea than a finished build, but I think the core of the deck is here.
