Took the Kate Atman deck from http://stimhack.com/pax-prime-2014-44-players/. -2 Desperado +1 Imp +1 Keyhole, and trimmed a few other cards to fit/enable Trade-In. This is theorycrafting so far, I haven't tested the changes.

-2 Modded +2 Scavenge is personal preference and unrelated to the trade-in plan.

what are you planning on using trade-in on? the mem chips?

Mem chip would be best but any of clone chip, plascrete if I don't need it, or worst case R&D interface. It would be nice to have some hardware with come-into-play effects but I don't think any exists now.

Trashing a Q-coherence chip would be even cheaper but the mem chip was probably free in Kate anyway.

A Plascrete that you used 3 counters off already would be nice to trade in.

I think Rabbit Hole or Replicator are the best way to make use of trade-In as these both hunt for more copies of them self to be traded rabbit hole give link while its down and replicator helps hunt for second copies of hardware 2 like clone chip. i wouldn't be using trade-in on clone chips or RDI their 2 useful to get rid of once down.
