An upgraded version of my previous decks after extensive play. It's fairly successful against most program/hardware heavy decks, but it is struggling against event decks.
Could use feedback.

I've tried this deck for a while with some changes. 2x Neural EMP are totally needed here, I'd try them (over 2x Cerebral Static and then I prefer 2x Marcus Batty over Chairman Hiro(you have to cut something more, I think 1 Valley Grid could be a good cut).then I don't really love ryon.. But ok
