Part of a series of 15 decks made as an introduction to Vesper's Startup Plus format where you can bring one Standard card and one Standard ID into your startup deck. This time it's Smoke and her Net Mercur.

Smoke's Stealth credits let you break ICE for very cheap after a bit of setup. Features classic shaper tricks like paying for Self-Modifying Code with Overclock and reinstalling Penrose with Simulchip.

Neat! I always liked stealth decks and smoke. Are you sure about the career fairs with that low number of resources, the ice carver and the Docklands Pass? You might get additional Trickster Takas/Penumbral Toolkits/upgrading Corroder to Paperclip for stealth-level efficiency for the freed-up influence... Also, what about swapping the Pantograph for Mirror?
