Boring (and Simple and Clean) PD

For my extremely mild spice, I swapped a Your Digital Life for a second Mavirus. This gave up some economy in favour of a greater ability to purge virus counters.

I then used that spare influence point to swap the third Tranquility Home Grid for a third Spin Doctor. This again slightly reduced economy, this time in favour of greater recursion and burst draw.

These changes made no discernable difference. The deck remains good. Performance is likely based on other factors such as pilot competence.
