First attempt at a tempo NBN. Self-Growth Program is an underrated yellow punisher to build around. Sprint and Spin Doctor cycle your Economic Warfares and Public Trials, bankrupting them then Self-Growth Program and standard resource trashing reset their board.

The single Marilyn Campaign I see as a low-key essential include in this meta. With all the 2/3 agendas anything installed behind ice potentially baits an expensive run, which tempo decks are all about. Having it go back into your 44-card deck to be a bluff over and over is great.

Could probably benefit from a third #Spin Doctor. The consulting Visit could be HB Clearances. This ID doesn't really do much and maybe another ID does this flavor as well or better. The concept might be simplified in a nice way to add 2 more NGOs to support a third Public Trial.
