6 to trash, before ice and any other protection, that's quite a bit. Funnily enough it's the cost of 2 Scorched Earth. That, I think, is a subtle hint - you can use this to bait the runner, or get rich. And unlike the only other illicit asset, you only get the bad publicity if the runner pays that whopping 6 trash (or uses Imp), which is pretty nice.
