Hello Hello my friends!
Here is my first shot at a Speed Deck. I saw how Weyland Consortium: Built to Last can add to an economy, I figured "Why not?"

Agenda Choices
Firmware Updates is here to help with the Ice. There's not a lot of ice, so I wanna make sure what I do have, is STRONK
Hostile Takeover is here because it can be done in a single turn. No fuss, no muss. BOOM. Gimmie 3!
Merger is sweet thing can also be done quick, with a little help with things like PAD Factory, Dedication Ceremony, etc.
Oaktown Renovation is a lovely thing that combo's real nice with the Corp card. Its the most expensive agenda, but its also the most lucrative.
Project Atlas Now this beauty is worth pumping up, if I need something specific (usually Lady Liberty, or Oaktown).

Assets
Lady Liberty if you have a good remote server (cough cough Priority Requisition ) this can be quite a good card. And, if ya don't use it, its still a good target for a Runner to throw their bits away at.
Mumbad Construction Co. This sweet little number is the brother to Lady Liberty.
PAD Campaign this is just easy money. Plus helps set off...
PAD Factory which is a powerhouse in this deck. Ideally you want to put those advancement token on Mumbad Construction Co - cause ya don't "score" Mumbad! This is one of my favorite combo's in this deck

Operations
Gosh golley gee whiz... important things!
Biotic Labor Super nice to get a free click, especially if you wanna do something big. Wish I could do more.
Dedication Ceremony This is a KEY card to the deck. Super important. And, also, Combo's with Mumbad Construction Co - but makes MumCoCo a SUPER juicy target.
Mass CommercializationI have a TON of advancement counters on the board... why not get paid (even more) for them? (lookin' at you I.C.E.)
Priority Construction A great way to get Orion in play for cheap, or if I need a quick extra place to park another Mumbad Construction Co or PADD Campaign.

Upgrades
There are a TON of upgrades out there, and many are quite potent. But, I decided to keep to theme and use...
Mumbad Virtual Tour, which not only is free , but causes the runner to dump some bits.

I.C.E Look... I'm not gunna lie. I'm not 100% how to select ice, how to know which ones are good values or not, etc. So, I just looked for ice that either benefitted from or used Advancement Tokens - since that's kinda the theme.

Besides... if I got a good Advancement Token Engine, and no Agenda's in hand... might as well use them other useful ways.

Oh and one more thing...
I had for a while considered using Transparency Initiative to get agenda's face up. But then I decided, they didn't need to be. And then I'd have only 1 real card to use it on [Oaktown...] but then maybe ice? In the end, I didn't think it was worth it.
