I considered that, but the big power here is scoring a Mandatory Upgrades or copy'ing it with media blitz and then being able to score the 3/2's and 3/1's from hand. |
How about NEXT Wave 2? If your goal is death by brain damage (hence Self-Destruct Chips, Cerebral Overwriter), this may advance your win condition.
