Based off this deck, but for a casual tournament which allowed all NISEI cards. Because it was a casual tournament, I passed on meaner ICE like Gold Farmer, but it was pretty strong regardless.
NAPD Cordon lets you make significantly more aggressive plays and demand more from the runner to pull off a successful steal.
