Economy: The plan is to get Cache recursion going big time. Once you have Cyberfeeder, Scheherazade and Aesop's Pawnshop (or Chop Bot 3000 as you failed to draw Aesop's Pawnshop yet) you will net +7 for just one .
Tutor your Caches with Djinn. Play them. Play them again via Déjà Vu and play Déjà Vu again with Same Old Thing. You get the point, I believe. :)
Winning: If you haven't lost yet during the setup, finish them with Hivemind powered Darwin/Medium/Nerve Agent while slowing them down some more with Chakana.
Noise virus mill is more like a happy accident than a win condition with this deck. It's helpful as it will slow Corp down during early game by milling ICE and their economy.
