RP Out of Pocket Medical v.15.02 | 0 | 0 | 0 |

Out of Pocket Medical v.1.0 is a transition from a RP Kill/Tax deck that just wasn't working. It was my first attempt to go all in on tax.
I decided to move away from Nisei MK II because I felt that 6 4/2 agendas made it harder to get to match point. With 2 Shi.Kyūs working in concert with Komainu the Runner would still need 4 agendas to win even if they managed to steal a The Future Perfect.
Scoring or having Medical Breakthrough stolen means that I can never advance the next one in a scoring server and once that one is scored/stolen I can score the final Medical Breakthrough from hand.
That means that I usually can get to 4 AP quickly and threaten to win when I create a scoring window for one of my The Future Perfects. A taxing server with Ash 2X3ZB9CY and/or Caprice Nisei can score a 5/3 just as easily as a 5/3. I can even "bait" the run with NAPD Contract and by the time they "steal" it from me they are so broke I can install advance, advance a The Future Perfect and score it next turn. Medical costs hurt.
This build didn't last long as the Inazumas were not really geared for the taxing nature of the deck and Encryption Protocol wasn't pulling it's weight. I wanted more ICE and one more Shi.Kyū. The question was what ICE was I going to bring in?
