Interesting combo , necesary more economy and damage in discard , Tori Hanzo is not sufficient. The deck is WIP.

I saw a similar combo on jinteki.net the other day. They were running out of Jinteki Biotech: Life Imagined and using The Tank to put archives back into R&D after doubling their money with reuse.

Was interesting to see, though IG seemed like a better fit to me. Maybe consider adding News Team or Space Camp, though it's going to be tough to find the influence. Maybe you could go down to 1 or 2 x of the combo elements and hope you have enough cash on hand to panic button them up on demand.
