Archers as a main line of defense sounds pretty good, but this deck is fairly dependent on seeing a Clone Retirement or an Ash in the first few turns if it wants to get those defenses up in time. That is, it would seem this deck is good late-game when your centrals are terrifying, but a bit capricious early game.

I've tried a deck like this - its biggest problem is how it can get totally hosed by variance. If you draw Clone Retirements and the runner doesn't, you can get Archers up and clear the BP from Grim. If they see the retirement fist, you'll not only be stuck with very few reasonable pieces of ICE, you'll also have given out a ton of BP (I'm talking 3-4 BP here, which is insanely unsurvivable for Jinteki).

I've managed to sorta make a similar deck work, but it needed two things you're missing: Elizabeth Mills and Precognition. Precog you need to fish for Clone Retirement, and Liz has to be there as a backup plan of clearing BP. In Replicating Perfection, she works pretty well because you know they won't get to her before you have a chance to rez that Grim on the centrals.

Once Witness Tampering comes out, I'd play those in lieu of the Corp Troubleshooters and then this has an actually decent chance of working.
