Lots of ways to die - but you only get one!

LoWtD:ByOGO...here is a little Punitive deck I put together that stocks up on lots of net damage. I wanted to put Neural EMP in to really tweak it out, and I might, it'll take some play testing. Not sure what to swap for it.

The concept is to chip away and chip away slowing the runner down classic Jinteki style, then force the runner into a no win situation holding 2+ punitive counterstrikes after they steal an agenda. You can store agendas in the trash with shocks to make this happen.

Priority requisition is there to ensure that IAA is something they need to run, which turns on junebugs and CO, since shock, snare and Fetal should be in your hand most of the time.

Swordsman turns on data mine for sure, chum-data mine early is still very good, and if they AI breaker it, put a swordsman on top and suddenly you have a server!

Hokusai and Datamine make good archives protection vs datasucker or dirty laundry spammers. In all, every ice can work together, and it has enough big ice to punch out agendas in the openings, or reduce hand size forcing a no win situation.

Absolutely needs play testing, but I think this deck could really hurt some runners

I'm also cooking up a trap based one using whirlpool, and a surprise guest from the NBN faction that might find its way into LoWtD:ByOGO

I love the concept of the deck, but I'm not sure if the archers fit so well. With 2x profiteering as your only 1 point agendas, you will often be forced to drop a 2 point agenda to rez them. I would suggest either trying to find room for 3x Clone Retirement or drop the Archers altogether. Maybe -2 Archer, +2 Cerebral Overwriter? Or +1 Scorched Earth?

Well you only rez archer when it creates a scoring window of a 2 or 3 point agenda by either ending the run or snagging breakers. I'd sacrifice a 2 pointer to do that!

The thing I'd consider putting in over it is Snoop, my favorite guest from NBN in jinteki PC decks. It's cost is right in range and a counter on that opens up PC opportunities like you wouldn't want to be up against!

I think RSVP is golden in jinteki! A whirlpool, RSVP, n katana/tsurugi can hurt. If you get a chum in front of the n kat/tsurugi even better. Snoop is interesting for the whole see hand use counter to remove card from grip when ready but I think it fits better in NBN. I look forward to seeing some reports on how this works. :)

If you want to see RSVP shine, it can, by itself, protect fetal AI, and ronin. A ronin+rsvp server is a real pain in the ass. Also really helps out with setting up untouchable sundews. I think it works well in RP. If spending 0 credits to trash is a function of RSVP, then it gets even better. The problem is they can jack out after hitting it, so its a terrible interaction with ice IMO.

I want to cook up a Trick+Ronin + punitive counterstrike deck. Combo with false lead...

Snoop though, is an addition source of 'net damage' for 0 clicks, to work with punitive counterstrike combos. Snoop is a near flawless addition to Punitive Counterstrike, and well worth the splash.
