Imp Possible (55th place at Worlds)

LSK 4674

2-5 with this deck, scoring 6 points on numerous occasions.

I was really proud of this deck coming in. It was a metagame pick based on an expectation of lots of Near-Earth Hub and Blue Sun. The deck's general plan is to generate money and put Knights down, and snipe any agenda the corp tries to play. When the corp accumulates agendas in hand, Legwork with an Imp, then do it again. After that, if you have enough money, start hitting R&D for the last few agendas.

Retrieval Run for Femme Fatale is important.

That said, the deck underperformed. That's largely because, In the sort of build that was popular a few months ago, Near-Earth Hub's ice is mostly torn to shreds by Quetzal. Unfortunately, now they're mostly playing Architect, which this deck can't handle in a cost-effective manner.

Imp is the MVP in that matchup, though. Keep them poor!

I never missed with Queen's Gambit all day.
