The goal here is to rush out an Atlas as soon as possible behind early ETR ice such as ice walls and Enigmas.

Concentrate on icing centrals mainly, once you've an atlas scored its just a matter of drawing into more atlas agendas or trick of lights to score from hand.

If things don't go your way, other tactics to score geothermal fracking and high Risk Investment agendas is to create Archer (and if possible Inazuma/wormhole) scoring servers and bait out expensive runs with grndl refinery.

Fast track is to speed up getting atlases when you've got a ToL.
