I liked some of the ideas in a recent deck posted by arthurrw, called Renovating Space. Here's what I'm going to try instead. Fast advance with public agendas and advance-able ICE. No secondary win condition with damage, so it will probably be hard to pull off.

I guess this would actually be a hybrid of rush and fast advance depending on what you have installed and in hand.
