I love B&E decks as much as the next guy, but I'll ask you the same thing I ask everyone - what's your plan for Caprice Nisei?
You don't have enough multi access to simply ignore her, and you don't have any permanent breakers either...so you're extremely limited in the amount of runs you can ever make throughout the entire game.
