deck to theoretically just win with lady liberty and 1 elivagar bifurcation

the thought is to keep getting draws until you can get lady liberty, or tutor it with malapert +luminal (or elivagar but luminals effect is so yummydelicious)

you'd want to keep an elivagar cookign with 2 until you can "score" a 5/3 with lade, then score elivagar to derez lady liberty so it doesnt get to 4 power counters (making it useless) at the start of your next turn, and then when that turn starts you can jsut rez lady again and score out a second 3/5.

biotic is so that you could theoretically seamless launch an elivagar and then lady liberty on the same turn, vasilia is also there to help advancing elivagar without needing clicks, and it also tags the runner which can let you use hypoxia!

theoreticaly hakarl can also derez lady but that would be wayyy riskier
