This is my run at Keyhole in Criminal using non-central breakers. I haven't found a great way to incorporate central breakers without giving up entirely on remotes, which I think is poor strategy. This is the version I've currently been poking around OCTGN with, so you may've seen it in some form or another the past week or two if you played me.
Choice of ID is Andromeda for this one, mainly for smoothing out the draws as this deck requires more moving pieces than a standard criminal and you really need the deeper draw off the bat. The other main contender is Ken Tenma, as this deck is influence hungry and 2 more pips could be quite useful.
The main theme of this deck is utilizing keyhole instead of other R&D multi-access like Interface or Indexing (Medium is dead to me out of faction). Here are what I think are the strengths of Keyhole. It keeps the corp offbalance, the constant shuffling means their top three cards are never safe, the pressure is non-stop unlike say an indexing or 3 deep interface run where the runner whiffs. Second, it lets you trash out combo cards. This is getting more important as decks like CI Combo or Accelerated Diagnostics become more powerful. Trashing key cards can be the difference between victory and defeat against these decks. Your counter is still Jackson Howard, but I think it is countered less than say indexing which is entirely wasted if they use Jackson to shuffle whereas Keyhole is still on the table. Putting agendas into archives also pressures the corp to use Howard's ability earlier and not on the cards they would've preferred to recur. It also makes overdrawing and dumping agendas less attractive as they need to save his ability for agendas you plan to mill.
The downside obviously is the 2 mem investment, which requires the deck to be built around handling it alongside 3 breakers. The heavy influence investment in breakers and keyhole pushed me to use a ProCo based economy, as all the cards that go with it are influence neutral and Hostage gives us a readily available way to find it at not too much additional tax. The rest of the econ is fairly self-explained, Kati, Gambles, Easy Mark, Dirty Laundry, Siphon, and Prepaid VoicePAD. The deck has enough costed events that the VoicePADs come in handy as well as guarding our Corroder from an unkind fate via Power Shutdown.
The rest of it is fairly Criminal Standard. Bringing the new Legwork seems optimal to give us as many multi-hand accesses as possible to complement our Keyhole. I decided to bring in a trick Inside Job and use Planned Assault as a way to fetch Siphon, Legwork, or the Inside Job on command.
Constructive criticism, especially from people who tried the deck, is always welcome.
