This is an attempt at capitalizing on the new operation ''An Offer You Can't Refuse'' in an original and fun way. I figured that, since every runner seems to like trashing cards these days (Keuf keuf.Faust..Keuf Keuf)it could be funny to help them at it.

THE GAMBLE The runner doesnt accept the offer --> Free 1 pts (toward Victory or to use with Archer)

The runner does take the offer -> Make him pay with bloody runs.
