This version has slightly less money (taking out the Melanges) as in all my games I've ended up richer than God. Heimdall 1.0 goes up to 2 to make it more punishing to click through. Cerebral Overwriter is gone as it doesn't hit enough.

Including NAPD Contract and changing the ICE composition a little, as well as adding Ash, will make this deck even more taxing and make it more likely the Punitives will go off.

Have you tried Archived Memories? Responding to the theft of a 5/3 with Punitive, Archive, then Punitive again will kill a credit poor runner with no plascrete out. Sometimes, even with Mr Jackson, drawing 2 punitives in time is just too hard when the runner is aggressive enough.

I'm also a fan of running more brain damage ice in HB punitive. Fenris is an easy include and going a bit crazier, Stronger Together instead of ETF pushes Victor to Strength 4, and out of Yog range.

I actually haven't yet - today will be the first time I run this with the changes. What would you suggest taking out?

Taking out for the Archived Memories, I mean. With brain damage, typically I've actually found that the runner does end up with quite a bit by the end of the game. I'm not sure about Fenris simply because runners barely ever go in without a killer! Apart from the early game...which is probably the worst time to take a bad pub. It's a tricky one.
