If the runners want to contest your clearinghouse remote that could be a cipher, they'll need to draw up before running. This means they won't have clicks left to pay through your bioroids or skunkworks - they'll have to get in the expensive way

Alternatively, they could run the clearinghouse/cipher early (when it hasn't been advanced too much) which is also good for you because it means less clicks invested

The rest of the deck is money and ice, with sprint to shuffle away agendas (not relevant in this deck) and archived acts as a fourth cipher or third 'house. You should have another iced remote to defend your nico / regolith otherwise the runners can deny your money
